Man Offers Candy to Girl Near La Grange Road
A man in a small black car offered candy to a teenage girl from his car on Cossitt Avenue around 3:15 p.m.
A man offered candy to a teenage girl from his car near the intersection of Ashland and Cossitt avenues around 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, according to an alert from the La Grange Police Department.
The man is described as bald, African American and in his 40s, police said. He drove a small, black four-door car with silver trim around the trunk and windows.
Police said the driver was last seen driving west toward La Grange Road.
