Lyons Township’s girls basketball program dropped its third consecutive game Saturday afternoon as its early 10 point lead dissipated in late in the second half in a 34-26 loss at Hinsdale Central. The Lions defeated their perennial rivals, 44-34, at home just over a month ago, but a late fight-back effort from the host Red Devils proved to be too much on this occasion. “We can take it to heart that we can’t underestimate our opponents,” LT senior guard Riley Donovan said. “We went in thinking we could win easily, because that’s kind of how it was last time.
