A walk by shops and restaurants along La Grange Road reveals spring fashion has arrived as well, modeled by La Grange residents who are excited to forget winter and move on to summer. Celebrate Earth Day, Go Green in La Grange

There are five events in or near the village, beginning the week of April 11, that focus on preserving the natural environment.

With the approaching of Earth Day on April 22, Patch has compiled five events in the La Grange area focused on environmentally-friendly living. April 13: On Wednesday, April 13, the Citizens' Council of La Grange is hosting a meeting on environmental efforts in La Grange. The local group Go Green La Grange will be giving a presentation at the meeting, which is open to the public and begins at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 53 S.
