We have done all of our shopping online the past 5 years and used a website called The Online Shopping Mall at http://jimdavisenterprises.blogspot.com for the past three. They only work with established retailers and look for the best bargains on highly-rated products, and put everything on one website. Most things ship for free. I love it.   more ›

Last week's two shopping guides didn't cover the thriving antique market in La Grange.

I'm the daughter of an antique dealer. It was a fun childhood filled with going to auctions and antique stores. My bedroom furniture was ever changing. I would just get everything settled and my mom would tell me, "Empty the dresser, I'm putting it in the shop." Because of this, I do not have antiques in my home. I do however, love visiting antique shops and appreciate antiques.
