Vie Three-peat in Gayot’s National 40 Best Restaurants

The Western Springs elite dining location is on the highly exclusive list for the third straight year, one of only four Illinois restaurants to appear in 2012.

Earlier this year, Western Springs’ Vie proudly maintained its Michelin star rating, and now it has retained another, perhaps even higher honor: a spot on the Gayot Top 40 Restaurants in the United States list, its third straight year appearing. Vie joins Chicago restaurants Alinea, Everest and TRU as the only Illinois restaurants on the list. Only eight of the 40 restaurants are outside of major cities, including Vie.
