This facility is a sister program of Little People's Country, which is located right across the street. What started offMore as one big child care business has branched off into two, since 2006. Now Little People's Country has separated its two buildings according to age; the younger children stay in the original building, while children ages 5- 12 go to the newer location. The new building includes an art studio and provides dance for the children. The program does not like to think of itself as just child care, because it is also an educational facility and all programs follow a curriculum.

This particular location is special because it includes the first school house in La Grange, built in 1894, which was formerly owned by and part of St. Xavier School in La Grange.

The school offers nursery programs for children six weeks to 24 months old; preschool and junior kindergarten for two- to four-year-old children; full-day kindergartens and programs for school-age children.
