FAQ #9: How Long is a Chiropractic Adjustment?

We live in a rush rush world and can't find time to just sit down and relax for 5 minutes. A chiropractic adjustment is less than 10 minutes. Can that fit in your schedule?

In these hurried times, we all feel that we don't have enough time in a day.  Sometimes we feel we don't even have 5 minutes just to sit down, relax and stop thinking for a moment.  One of the biggest concerns for most people is, "How long is a Chiropractic adjustment?"  The answer is: 3-5 minutes...  3-5 minute process that plays a dramatic role on your health...  Do you see that worth it?  They say that in life, the small thing is what truly matters.  I would consider the Chiropractic adjustment a small thing.  And big things come in small packages.  This small thing influences every aspect of your life, health and vitality from your immune system, digestive system, reproductive system to your brain function and overall, self-healing and regulating.  In Chiropractic, we say, "I adjust the bone and let GOD do the healing."  An adjustment is such a small punch that it influences all 75 trillion cells of the body and empowers the mind, body and human spirit...
