Best Coffee to Drink...

“Fat” coffee is something I have been utilizing in my daily consumption of health for the past 3.5 years.  Fat is an essential nutrient for the body.  Research has shown, even Cholesterol, is vital for the brain.  Fat coffee is an awesome way to put healthy, essential fats right into your brain.  Fat is what makes individuals smarter, healthier, prevents heart disease, cancer, diabetes and stroke.

As a Chiropractor, we specialize in the nervous system and how the body perceives life through our nervous system.  In any neurodegenerative disease protocol that I have, I am always utilizing the essence of FAT.  Since 1992, we have been told that grains need to be in our daily diet and the major source of calories where as, fat needs to be the least amount.  20+ years later, we have seen a dramatic increase in diabetes, heart disease and cancer.  Why?  Fat is the essential building block to all our cell’s membranes.  Your body needs fat and it needs cholesterol.  Cholesterol is what makes our cell’s membrane fluid-like rather than being stiff.  The reason we need a fluid-like membrane is because it makes it easier for nutrients to go into and out of the cell.

How about cholesterol for the brain?  Cholesterol is essential.  Cholesterol is a great antioxidant for the brain AND it helps regrow neurons in the brain.  The diet we should follow is a diet high in fat where we get 40-60% of our calories from FAT and the rest can be broken up into carbs and protein.  Animal products are great for the vast majority of nutrients they have.  Eggs that are cage-free, pastured-raised, organic fed is an amazing health source to our bodies.  I tell people it is vital to consume eggs.  The cholesterol in there is absolutely amazing for our overall health and eggs are a life force that adds life to our own.
