LT Speech Team takes 1st and ready for Regionals

The Lyons Township High School Speech Team took first place at the 18-school Ferry Forensics Festival in Vernon Hills over the weekend, narrowly beating out Bartlett High School by a single point.

The Lyons Township High School Speech Team took first place at the 18-school Ferry Forensics Festival in Vernon Hills over the weekend, narrowly beating out Bartlett High School by a single point. The team took home a beautiful trophy to add to their growing collection. Students earned numerous medals, including nine 1st place medals, four 2nd place medals and 11 3rd place medals.
