What's Closed on Labor Day in La Grange
Garbage pickup will also be delayed this week by one day.
Labor Day is supposed to be a day of rest in honor of hard-working Americans, and accordingly many La Grange institutions will be closed Monday.
- La Grange village offices
- All schools
- La Grange Post Office (no mail delivery, either)
- La Grange Public Library
- Banks
Garbage pickup will also be delayed this week by one day. Residents north of 47th Street should put out their trash for Tuesday pickup, while those south of 47th will get their refuse removed on Friday.
