Star Baby & Me Yoga

Star Baby & Me Yoga is a gentle yoga class where quality time can be spent between baby and parent or caregiver.  This class will explore the traditional benefits of yoga.  All poses will utilize playful and engaging tools such as stories, songs, playful movements, infant stretches, and infant massage to soothe, calm and amuse the babies.  Babies may sleep, eat, burp, and be changed during class.

Ages: newborn-toddler

Spring II April 9th-May 4th (4-week session)

Cost six week session: $60 plus annual registration fee

* Classes less than six weeks are pro-rated. Participants may join mid-session if there is availability in the class. Please call to confirm availability.
