The Lyons Township High School Boosters Club will host its 14th annual Pack the Place BBQ & Split the Pot Raffle fundraising event from 4:00-7:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 21st, 2012, at LTHS North Campus Fieldhouse, Northeast corner by POOL, 100 S. Brainard Ave., La Grange. Pack the Place is a Winter Homecoming where the boys’ and girls’ varsity basketball teams compete at home.
La Grange-based Q-BBQ (www.Q-BBQ.com) is the featured vendor for this year’s menu offerings. Meal combos are $10.00 for Meal “A” (Pulled Chicken or Pulled Pork Sandwich + Side) and $7.00 for Meal “B” (Mac-Q-Roni + Drink). Also available is CHILI by the bowl for $4.00 and Side Dishes for $2.00 each (Mac-Q-Roni, Creamy Q-Slaw, bb-Q Baked Beans).
The LTHS club or sport of your choice receives $2.00 (TWO dollars!) for each Meal “A” or “B” pre-ordered. Deadline for receipt of orders is January 16th . The Split the Pot Raffle is $10 per ticket or six for $50. All LT families should have already received a mailing with raffle tickets. The small portion of the tickets with your contact information must be received by January 20th, 2012 (please allow time for mail delivery or give to a coach, sponsor or NC or SC Main Office). The drawing will be held at halftime of the final game.
