Star Baby & Me Yoga

Ages: Crawling – 4 years old with parent

Busy Star Baby & Me Yoga is a fun-filled yoga class that will engage active toddlers and preschooler while allowing parents the opportunity to strengthen and stretch, as their toddlers’ participate in a safe, nurturing, and non-competitive environment.  Songs, stories, and games will also accompany the flow of yoga poses, which will ignite all participants’ imaginations.
