LTHS Eurythmics annual show

The Lyons Township High School Eurythmic Dance Company will perform Escapade: A Reckless Adventure, their annual spring dance concert, May 8, 9, and 10 in the North Campus Reber Center, 100 S. Brainard Ave., LaGrange.  The doors open at 6:30pm and the show begins promptly at 7pm with general seating. Tickets cost $10; no discounts or activity passes are applicable. Tickets are available by contacting the Athletic Office at 708-579-6393.

 

Escapade offers an entire spectrum of dance, with several acts set to popular music, such as “Welcome to the Jungle” by Guns ‘N Roses, “For Once in My Life”  by Stevie Wonder and  “Happy” by Pharell Williams.

The Eurythmic Dance Company encourages creative, meaningful rehearsals and performances that promote the dance arts in an enjoyable student-centered environment. Through hard work, passion, commitment, and the support of the LT community it fosters the art of dance. The company strives for full intellectual, moral, physical, and aesthetic growth in each dancer, while affirming LT’s century old motto of Vita Plena-the quest for the fulfilling life- in finding fulfillment of life through dance.
