Our civilization has invented countless ways to keep our attention focused on comfort and pleasure. We are often distracted by material welfare (artha) and motivated by physical, emotional and intellectual satisfaction (kama). In finding our way to spiritual fulfillment (moksha), we must be willing to examine our habit patterns: how we act and react in all kinds of situations, and also be willing to understand what we see about ourselves.   Join us for a free one hour discussion on learning to untangle or loosen our ego-knot or “self-contraction” (atma-samkoca) in order to overcome some of the obstacles to our spiritual growth.
