Aging Care Connections to Present Program on Strokes

Aging Care Connections, La Grange, will sponsor a program “Strokes:  Recognizing and Preventing Brain Attacks” on Wednesday, July 11 from 9:30am to 11:30am at Aging Care Connections, 111 W. Harris Avenue, La Grange.  The program will to give participants the opportunity to learn more about strokes, treatment choices, prevention and how to manage day-to-day activities.  The program is free, but registration is required.  Complimentary cholesterol screenings will be provided to the first 20 people to register.  Please call 708-354-1323 to register. 

The program is made possible with support by Age Options in collaboration with White Crane Wellness Center and Alexian Brothers Medical Center.
