An early Frank Lloyd Wright home in La Grange is on the market for less than $1 million. 

The Robert Emmond House, 109 8th Ave., was built in 1892, and has been recognized for its recent restorations by the Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy and the Landmarks Preservation Council of Illinois, according to Zillow

Listed for $919,000, home is one of Wright's "bootleg" creations, with features similar to other designs from his Adler and Sullivan days, including its octagonal turret and pointy roof, according to Curbed Chicago

The house is on a 13,500-square-foot lot in the heart of La Grange's Historic District. It has 2,638 square feet, five bedrooms and one bathroom, according to Zillow.

The home was last sold in 1994 for $360,000, according to Zillow

Curbed
reports the sellers last listed the home for $1.5 million in September 2011. Zillow records show it was also listed from April to September of 2013. The price dropped from $1.135 million in April to $1.045 million in June, then again to $999,500. It was then listed again 44 days ago for $949,500. The price was reduced Jan. 14 to $919,000.
