Lyons Township School Treasurer's Office Instituting Reforms After Scandal

But the township has stopped short of abolishing the organization or demanding the resignation of additional board members.

The Lyons Township School Treasurer’s Office is instituting a series of reforms following the scandals and legal action involving former treasurer Robert Healey, the Doings La Grange reports, including additional oversight for benefits, consolidation of accounts and reform in campaign contribution solicitation.
