Leaf Pick Up Delayed in La Grange Park
Due to a water main break last week, public works crews in La Grange Park are running a bit behind schedule.
According to a E-Brief, leaf pick up for the village has been slightly delayed.
A water main break last week took public works crew's attention away from their regular leaf pick up schedule. Crews are still working on leaf pick up in the area from La Grange Road east to the IHB railroad tracks. The village expects this area's leaf pick up to be completed by the end of the day today.
Starting tomorrow, crews will begin leaf pick up for the La Grange Park area that includes all streets east of the IHB railroad tracks. By next week, crews expect to be running only two days behind schedule.
