Warrant Arrest, Stolen Bike, License Violation: Police Blotter

Stolen License Plate

A man reported around 2:52 p.m. that his license plates had been stolen, police said.

Warrant Arrest

John J. Borg, 65, of the 5800 block of South Nordica Avenue in Chicago, was arrested around 3:21 p.m. near the intersection of 47th and Deyo on a Lake County warrant, police said.

Bike Theft

A blue, 26-inch women’s Schwinn 10-speed Traveler bike was stolen from in front of a home in the 100 block of North Madison, police said. The bike was not locked at the time of the theft.

Missing Recycling Bin

A blue recycling bin went missing from in front of a home in the 600 block of West Elm, police said.

Suspended, Revoked Driver’s License

Cantrell R. Robinson, 30, of the 300 block of Bluff Avenue in La Grange, was arrested around 6:40 p.m. near the intersection of Lincoln and Tilden, police said. He was charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Egging on 8th

People in a grey van were seen egging a house in the 400 block of South 8th around 9:55 p.m., police said. They were gone when officers arrived.
