Beikzadeh was disciplined by the school, Fulla said, but because of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, he does not know the nature of the discipline. That privacy act also prevents him from knowing why a 20-year-old is in high school, Fulla said.

Jennifer Bialobok, LT spokesperson said, according to the Student Records Act, she cannot discuss the discipline of an individual student or discuss the specifics of the incident.
