Two Hospitalized After 4-Car Downtown La Grange Crash
Here's an item from the La Grange police blotter.
La Grange police said a driver and his passenger were brought Sept. 6 to Adventist La Grange Memorial Hospital after their Jeep was in a four-vehicle accident about 4 p.m. at LaGrange Road and Harris Avenue.
Dan J. Volke, 25, of Lyons, and his passenger Kelly Vabro, 26, of North Riverside, were brought to the hospital. No reports of their condition were available.
Police said a Ford Escape driven by Joseph Kulaga, 52, of Brookfield, was turning right onto Harris from northbound LaGrange when it stopped for a westbound car.

A vehicle driven by Matthew Bowman, 27, of La Grange park, hit the Honda vehicle of Kathryn Stubblefield, 24, of Countryside, police said. Her car hit Volke's car, which struck Kulaga's, police said.
The report did not indicate any tickets being issued.
