Thieves Steal Car, Bicycles; Home Break-In Reported
Here are items from the La Grange police blotter.
A resident of the 300 block of Bluff Avenue told La Grange police at about 10:15 p.m. Oct. 10 that the deadbolt was missing from his home's door and that he thought someone might have broken in. He was unsure if anything was missing.
A woman reported her silver 2005 Chrysler Pacifica was stolen during the night of Oct. 9 in the 4700 block of Gilbert Avenue.
A red-and-white Gary Fisher Tarpon 17-inch bicycle was stolen at about 3 p.m. Oct. 9 outside a business at 21 S. LaGrange Rd. where it had been left unlocked.

A girl's 25-inch blue Diamondback bicycle was reported at 6:45 p.m. Oct. 8 as having been stolen out of a locked garage in the 0-100 block of North Waiola Avenue.
A girl who left her forest green, 21-speed, 26-inch Schwinn mountain bike on the side of her home in the 200 block of South Catherine Avenue found at 12:50 p.m. Oct. 8 that it had been stolen.
