Police Seek Brookfield Robbery Suspect
La Grange police were called to East and Ogden avenues at about 5:28 p.m. to look for a suspect in a Brookfield armed robbery but said they could not find the man. He was wearing a black hoodie and blue hat, and last was seen riding a bicycle west.

A boy said he and a friend were walking in the former Rich Port YMCA’s lower lot at 31 E. Ogden Ave. at about 8:46 p.m. when someone shot at them with a BB gun. His friend was hit, but the pellet did not break his skin and he declined treatment. Five to eight boys were seen in the area and one was believed to have fired the pellet, La Grange police said.
