Saturday, March 2

Warrant arrest

Sarah N. Yousef, 21, of the 9400 block of South Kolmar in Oak Lawn, was arrested around 10:26 a.m. in the 7600 block of West College Drive in Palos Heights on a La Grange warrant for driving with a suspended license, police said.

Driving without a license

Juan C. Rodriguez, 34, of the 1500 block of Central in Cicero, was cited for driving without a license around 1:11 a.m. near the intersection of La Grange and Harding, police said.

Friday, March 1

Stolen iPhone

An iPhone was stolen from the physics room at Lyons Township High School around 11 a.m., police said. The phone was in a black waterproof case and valued at more than $500.

Man exposes himself

A homeless man was reportedly exposing himself around 6:30 p.m. at the La Grange Road Metra Station, 25 W. Burlington Rd., police said. A woman reported the incident around 8:31 p.m. and said the man appeared to be drunk. He was wearing a dark knit cap, dark jacket and blue jeans, according to the report. Officers advised the woman to call 911 immediately if she saw him doing it again.

Man punched outside Nickson’s

A man was punched in the face outside of Nickson’s, 30 S. La Grange Rd., around 8:58 p.m., police said. The victim said he knew the person who hit him. No charges were filed.

Thursday, Feb. 28

Marijuana smokers

An anonymous caller reported a man and woman smoking marijuana around 4:25 p.m. in the 00 block of West Cossitt, police said. The people were gone when police arrived.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

A teenager was arrested around 7:44 a.m. in the 100 block of South Stone Avenue and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
