Residents with unpaid tickets have until April 30 to pay ticket at face value.

Citing tough economic times, the La Grange Police Department is offerring an opportunity to residents who have been unable to pay parking tickets. Residents can pay their tickets at face value without additional late fees if they pay within the department's amnesty window.

The department recently sent out letters to residents with one or more outstanding parking tickets, offering a way to pay without fines for late payment. Residents who have outstanding tickets have until April 30 to pay the ticket(s) at face value.

Payments can be made at the La Grange Police Department, or sent in to the department at 304 W. Burlington Ave., La Grange, IL 60525. Credit cards are also accepted.
