Fire Department Open House Set for Oct. 1

La Grange firefighters will conduct fire safety demonstrations.

The La Grange Fire Department, 300 W. Burlington Ave., will conduct its 2011 Fire Prevention Week Open House between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Oct. 1.

Numerous demonstrations will take place throughout the event. Refreshments will be served.
