Blotter: Vadalism Suspected, Gas Siphoned and Crack Cocaine Discovered

Patch reports on the La Grange and La Grange Park police blotters.

suspect vandalism was the cause of the shattering of a rear door at Noodles and Company, 1 E. Burliington Ave., that was reported at 5:22 a.m. Oct. 20. Building management was notified.

Gas Siphoned

A half tank of gas was siphoned during the night  out of a car parked in a multiple-vehicle garage of an apartment building on the 800 block of Arlington Street, police learned at about 4:26 a.m. Oct. 19.

A Caring Aunt

A Chicago woman reported Oct. 19 that she caught her 27-year-old sister doing crack cocaine in their parents’ home in La Grange. The woman then took her sister’s 1-1/2-year-old son, with the mother’s permission, to her home.
