Blotter: Leaf-Blowing Causes Argument

Here's an item from Patch's coverage of the La Grange and La Grange Park police blotters.

A woman reported a resident on the east side of La Grange Road north of 47th Street was blowing leaves into the street and had a recycling bin in the road, causing traffic to back up at about 11:52 a.m. Oct. 22. The woman left the car her son was driving and moved the bin onto the parkway, causing the resident to scream and swear at her. Police said they found no violation at the time they arrived.
