Agents on Aug. 7 arrested Luis Flores, 19, and Kyah Green, 41, after evidence showed they targeted the celebrities, as well as FBI Director Robert Mueller and Jerry Sandusky, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

What does this have to do with Oak Park?

According to the affidavit, an American Express call center received two calls about Kutcher's account on May 30. During the first call, the caller identified himself as Kutcher, provided his personal identifying information and answered the security questions to access his account.

The caller then requested to change the primary account phone number to Flores' number, and requested an emergency replacement card for the account be sent to an address in Oak Park. Investigators later learned Flores has previous ties to Chicago and Oak Park, according to the document

During the second call, the caller requested to change Kutcher's social security number to his social security number.

Green was released and is awaiting trial, according to the Sentinel. Flores is being held without bail in Seminole County Jail.

Drunk Antagonizes Police Outside Doc Ryan's

A drunk man was arrested after he tried to launch himself at police officers and caused a raucous outside Doc Ryan's around 2:30 a.m.

Police said Michael Kern, 23, of Elmhurst, asked the officers what they were doing in the bar and told them to get out and do something else, then assumed a boxing stance before launching at one of the officers and trying to punch him.

As a woman with Kern tried to pull him away, he turned and yelled, "Rape! Rape! Rape!" in the officer's face. When the officer told Kern to walk away, he refused and responded by waving an electronic cigarette in the officer's face, police said.

Kern then told police they couldn't do anything, because his parents are police commissioners in Forest Park and Elmhurst, police said. According to the Elmhurst and Forest Park websites, there are no commissioners with the last name Kern.

When in custody, Kern slammed his pen down on his Miranda Rights form and said he wanted an attorney present because he didn't understand what he was signing. He then said, "No hablas Ingles!"

He was processed for assault and resisting an officer, given an Oct. 15 court date and released on bond.

Don't tase me bro!

Forest Park police used a taser on a drunk man who was kicked out of Doc Ryan's, 7432 Madison St. around 1:40 a.m. Sunday.

Robert Smith, 24, of Maywood, was arrested for aggravated assault and two counts of resisting, obstructing and disarming an officer after he repeatedly threatened officers and a 25-year-old man outside the bar, police said.

Police used the taser on Smith after he refused to put his hands on the squad car, despite threats of the taser.

"Smith was highly intoxicated and very combative and belligerent," police said.

While at the police station, police said Smith shouted obscenities and repeatedly punched the wall of his cell while threatening officers, police said. He was processed, given an Oct. 1 court date and held on bond.
