Roderick Hollins, no address listed, was arrested at PNC Bank, 1215 E. 31st St., police said. He attempted to cash a check for $2,485 from a closed account, police said. He was charged with deceptive practice.

No driver's license
Georgi Stanchev, 20, of the 9200 block of Jill Lane in Schiller Park, was arrested around 10:50 a.m. in the 900 block of La Grange Road, La Grange Park police said. He was charged with driving without a valid license and speeding.
