Obit: Frank Jaros, Longtime Western Springs Garden Club Member

Frank Jaros, 89, of Beach Park passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at
Kindred Kenosha South.

Frank was born on April 25, 1923 in Cicero, IL, the son of the late Frank & Anna
(Kouba) Jaros. He was educated in the schools of Chicago. He was a member of the U.S. Marines, serving during WWII. He married June Stastny on June 21, 1947 in Chicago.

He was a carpenter, a builder, and later employed as Carpenter Superintendant for the Chicago Public Schools for many years. He was a member of the Suburban Garden Club of Western Springs, IL. His hobbies included gardening, golfing, poker, fishing, cheering for the Cubs, and most of all spending time with his family & friends.

Survivors include his wife, June Jaros of Beach Park, IL; his children, Mark (LaVerne) Jaros of Pleasant Prairie, Rory Jaros of Cobden, IL, Anne Jaros of Joplin, MO, Christopher (Sarah) Jaros of Indianapolis, IN; and his grandchildren, Emma June, Chad, Miles, Dana, Destiny, Michael, Serena, Simeon, Zion, and Levi. He was preceded in death by his brother, Miles (Spike) Jaros, and a sister, Lorraine Condon.
