Saint Francis Xavier students take 1st at regional math competition

The math teams from Saint Francis Xavier school in La Grange recently competed at Montini Catholic High School's annual grade school math competition.  The 7th grade team took first place and the 8th grade team finished second in their division. In addition to the team wins, 5 students won individual medals for finishing in the top 10.  The competition had over 543 participants from from 35 local area schools.
