Smothers Realty Group Welcomes Broker Amy Rudolph

Smothers Realty Group in La Grange is pleased to welcome Broker, Amy Rudolph, to its team.  Amy grew up in the area and has lived in La Grange with her family for the past 17 years.  During that time, she has completely gutted and rehabbed two of her homes and was the general contractor on one of them. 

Amy’s decision to become a real estate Broker is a natural next step as it blends many of her best strengths, one of those being able to see the hidden potential in a home and the ability to visualize floor and room layout.  This talent has come in handy over the years with friends and family members often trusting her advice before purchasing a home or beginning an addition.  Amy also prides herself on knowing when the pitfalls of a home may be too costly and to walk away.  She attributes some of her sixth sense to personal experience, but also having grown up with a mom who worked as a real estate agent.
