Smothers Realty Group Named Top Selling Realty Firm for 2012

Smothers Realty Group was again the number one realty firm for home sales and volume in La Grange and La Grange Park according to 2012 Multiple Listing Service (MRED) figures.  In La Grange, Smothers commanded a 24% market share, selling twice the dollar volume of homes as the nearest competitor.  In La Grange Park, Smothers’ market share was 22%.  In addition, 5 out of the top 10 agents for single family home sales in 2012 for La Grange and La Grange Park combined were from Smothers Realty Group.
