The sound of tiny voices crying "Lemonade! Lemonade!" filled the air Tuesday on Hillgrove in La Grange.
Little People's Country set up a lemonade stand to raise money for pediatric cancer research and help introduce the community to the daycare's new look.
"We're here teaching children how important it is to give back and how easy it is to help others," art teacher Noreen Brennan said.
Kids age 5 to 12 from Little People's summer camp sold the beverage as part of the Alex's Lemonade Stand fundraising program.
"No matter what their age, kids can help others," Brennan said.
