REALLY? IT’S ONLY OCTOBER? Handling The Stress of Parenting Children With Special Needs and Learning Disabilities

If you’ve been feeling stressed out, alone, or overwhelmed in your efforts to get your child and family on track for the new school year, this is your chance to meet other parents who feel the same way.

RAiSE is excited to announce the first meeting of the RAiSE Parent Network (RPN). Parents/guardians are invited to attend.

We will begin the evening with a group discussion, moderated by Teresa Fitzgerald, LMFT, a district parent and member of RAiSE.  We will then break into small groups to network.  Together we will explore problems and solutions, and share resources and ideas. This is an opportunity for parents to support other parents in a safe and confidential setting.
