Park District of La Grange's Fall Registration Begins on Saturday, August 2

In preparation for fall registration, the Park District of La Grange has
released its 2014 Fall Brochure. This season the Park District is offering a
wide variety of fun filled activities, including athletic and fitness classes; early
childhood, teen and senior offerings; and special events like the Halloween
Party, Holiday Train, Santa Visits and for the first time ever Breakfast with
Santa.

Also
found in the fall brochure is the La Grange Endless Summerfest. This festival
features something for everyone and is meant for the whole community to enjoy.
The three day festival kicks off Friday, August 1 through Sunday, August 3,
2014 from the grounds of Gordon Park. Visit the fest website at www.lagrangeendlesssummerfest.com for more
detailed information.

Registration for both La Grange and Countryside residents will begin Saturday,
August 2 and Monday, August 11 for non residents.

The brochure is available for viewing on the Park District's website -- http://www.pdlg.org/.
Residents of La Grange and Countryside should have received a copy in the mail.
Additional copies are available at our Recreation Center, located at 536 East
Avenue in La Grange.

Once registration begins, patrons can sign up for classes by filling out a
form at the Recreation Center or by registering online with a valid online
account. To obtain an online account, patrons must register for one at the
Recreation Center with an official proof of residency document, such as a
government-issued ID, utility bill or lease. All programs have limited space,
so community members are encouraged to register early to help ensure their
spot.
