Hinsdale Humane Society Throws a Kitten Shower to Collect Supplies for Homeless Kittens

Hinsdale Humane Society (HHS) will throw its first Kitten
Shower on Sunday, April 27th from 1-3pm at the shelter located at 22
N. Elm St. in Hinsdale. Visitors can look forward to an afternoon of games, raffles,
face painting, beverages and treats, and other activities designed around
celebrating kittens and raising awareness about the feline overpopulation
crisis.

Attendance is free, but guests are asked to donate supplies to help HHS care for its kittens including:

• Purina Kitten Chow
• Canned cat food (pate, no fish)
• Cat litter (non-clumping, clay)
• Royal Canin Baby Cat 34 dry kitten food
• Small animal nursing bottles
• Gift cards to PetsMart, Petco, Sam's Club
• Liquid bleach
• Laundry detergent (HE: High Efficiency)
• Clorox or Lysol antibacterial wipes
• Paper towels
