Yoga asanas can help with the physical challenges of pregnancy and postpartum. This class explores postures and mind-calming techniques that will benefit the expectant mother during pregnancy and delivery and help the new mother safely and intelligently return to her yoga practice. We will cover basic postures, breathing, and meditation, modified for the pregnant and postpartum body.
This class is taught as a 4-week series and can be repeated.
