LA GRANGE, Illinois — Nicksons Eatery in Downtown La Grange, Illinois will be featuring a Prix Fixe Menu on New Years Eve.
The Great Whiskey Project will perform from 6 - 9 pm.
To start off the evening, diners will have a choice of a Smoked Duck Breast Salad: Pickled Shishito Pepper, Lardo Crouton, Earl Grey Fig Glaze or Seared Diver Scallop: Winter Beet Bisque, Lime Crema.
For the Main Course, there will be a choice of Pig Two Ways: Braise of Leg & Pork Belly Grits, Dried Cherry & Napa Slaw, Smoked Hock Jus or Maine Peekytoe Crab Risotto: Pear & Wild Mushroom, Arugula Oil.
Finally for the Third Course, diners can choose from Local Artisanal Cheeses with Accompaniments or a Chocolate Tart:
Rum Cream & Brittle.
The Prix Fixe Menu includes a Glass of Champagne. The Prix Fixe Menu is available at $50 per person.
