In this two-part class, you will learn about this non-invasive modality that can promote relaxation and balance throughout the body by stimulating specific reflex points on feet and hands. Brenda will introduce reflexology and share techniques that you can utilize on yourself or a loved one. Reflexology techniques will be practiced with other participants. The first session will focus on reflexology for the hand, and the second session will address relaxation techniques. Short finger nails recommended. No special skills or experience required.
