All Sweeteners Are NOT Alike....con't

Which sweetener is BEST for my health?

Because what we eat can change the way our nervous system works ( thus causing pain and problems and illness) we want to avoid these chemical "subluxations" through better choices:

We began with a summary of the sweetener called Splenda on the last blog. Today I want to cover a few more...

ASPARTAME: Brand names include Equal and Nutri Sweet

These were FDA approved in 1981.  H J Roberts, MD later identified the condition "aspartame disease"; he reported that by 1998, products with aspartame were the cause of 80% of food additive complaints to the FDA.  Complaints included fatigue, dizziness, mood changes, nausea/vomiting, diahrrhea, seizures and convulsions, fatigue, anxiety, depression, MS, and various cancers.

SACCHARIN: Brand name (Sweet'N Lo)

This was the first sweetener on the market.  In 1997, after it was determined that saccharin caused bladder cancr in rats, the FDA ordered that any product containing saccharin must carry a warning label:  this warning was removed after studies determined that the same results didn't occur in humans.

Next Time We Will Address Natural Alternatives...Stevia, Xylitol, Raw Organic Honey.

Bottom Line  Sugar in any form should be consumed in moderation and in its most natural form, including in fruit.  More to come.....
