increased their Sales Volume by 120% for 2013 which was nearly 3 times the nearest competitor. This includes offices based in La Grange, La Grange Park or Western Springs.

The office also grew by over 50% by adding excellent broker associates to the team.

Also congratulations to the Baird &Warner La Grange broker associates who as an office in 2013, and for the second year in a row, sold properties in La Grange, La Grange Park and Western Springs for a Higher Sale to List Price and with less Market Time than other local firms, (per MRED multiple listing service for brokerages with over 20 listings during the calendar year).

For the second consecutive year, Dean Rouso was recognized as the #1 Broker Associate in La Grange Park. Dean was also one of the Top 3 broker associates for properties sold in the combined villages of Western Springs, La Grange & La Grange Park.
