La Grange Resident to Open Brewery in Willow Springs
La Grange man working with partner to open Imperial Oak Brewing in Willow Springs, the Doings La Grange reports.
La Grange resident Grant Hamilton and Brookfield brewer Brett Semenske are working together to open Imperial Oak Brewing, a new commercial brewery, in Willow Springs in 2014, the Doings La Grange reports.
Imperial Oak Brewing began construction this week, according to the Doings. The brewery will be located at 501 Willow Rd. in Willow Springs.
