Construction Begins on New Brewery
A La Grange man and his Brookfield business partner are opening Imperial Oak Brewing in Willow Springs.
A La Grange resident and his partner have started construction on a new brew pub in Willow Springs.
Grant Hamilton, of La Grange, and Brookfield brewer Brett Semenske are working together to open Imperial Oak Brewing next year. They posted pictures recently on Imperial's Facebook page of the start of construction. The wall between the brewery space and the pub space has been opened up.
The business is opening at 501 Willow Blvd. It plans to open early next year. You can check out more pictures of the work in progress on its Facebook page.
