Duo Grand Piano Concert Returns to the La Grange Library

Date: September 25, 2011
Time:
2:00pm - 3:00pm

La Grange Public Library will be hosting Andrew Remillard and Edgar Swarthout in Two Pianos – Four Hands: Duo Classical Piano Concert for two shows this September. This program will feature music from Chabrier, Poulenc, Mozart and Brahms. They will be performing on Thursday, September 22 at 7:30pm, and Sunday, September 25, at 2:00pm.

Remillard and Swarthout began playing two-piano music in 2005 as a way to occupy their Saturday afternoons. The urge to perform for audiences overtook them and they began to play for audiences in the western suburbs of Chicago. This is the duos second time at the La Grange Public Library. They performed to a full house in May of 2010.
