Cloudy Week with Cold Coming Before Weekend

A real chance of frost by this weekend as temperatures in the Lyons Township area are predicted to drop precipitously on Thursday night.

Cold autumn weather mostly waited another week to stop by, but as we enter October, it looks like we've got about four days left before it smacks us (and our home gardens) in the wool caps. If you haven't yet, bust out the light jackets, folks.

Oh, and there's been very, very little rain lately, and by the forecast, there's very little chance that's going to chance, either. Just throwing that out there. Unless something changes: some clouds, yes; rain, no.
