U.S. Rep. Dan Lipinski (IL-3) will be hosting a Senior Fair on Friday, Nov. 22, at the Operating Engineers Banquet Hall in Countryside.
At Rep. Lipinski’s Senior Fairs, seniors will have the opportunity to get help from his staff with Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, veterans’ benefits, the Postal Service, utility bills and other issues. Local organizations and agencies also offer assistance. Seniors can meet with businesses that provide services such as retirement living and offer special discounts for seniors.
“My Senior Fairs are fantastic opportunities for local seniors and their families to get the assistance they need in one convenient location,” Rep. Lipinski said. “My office has worked with countless seniors to help them cut through the red tape to solve the challenges facing them today. I take great pride in hosting these events in our local communities throughout the year. It is my privilege to serve you.”
