Parent Community Network (PCN) is extremely proud and excited about what our upcoming Parent University has to offer! The 18th Annual Parent University takes place on Saturday, January 31, 2015, at Lyons Township High School – South Campus, 4900 S. Willow Springs Road, Western Springs, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.
The event’s keynote speaker, Mary O’Donohue, is the best-selling author of the award winning parenting book, When You Say “Thank You,” Mean It! In her keynote address, Mary will share her “Three Keys to Raising Resilient Children.” For the two workshop sessions, attendees will be able to select from a wide variety of topics dealing with current parenting challenges and issues, led by licensed professionals in the fields of psychology, social work, nursing, counseling, education and parent coaching.
